🔹 Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Report to the healthcare business development manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
    2. Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, and organizing documents.
    3. Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.
    4. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
    5. Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
    6. Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
    7. Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.

Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    6. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

🔹 Nurse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating the nursing staff, clinic assistant, radiographer, and all other health professionals for optimal patient care.
2. Developing a standard of care that adheres to the law and must be followed by all nursing staff.
3. Implementing and tracking infection control programs designed to provide a clean environment within the medical facility.
4. Monitoring accounting, finances and expenses.
5. Participating in management team meetings to discuss the status of nursing staff and patients.
6. Working with health staff members and other stakeholders to improve the quality of care provided to patients.
7. Provides medical and nursing care to patients in the clinic and community settings.
8. Conducting health education programs for the local community.
9. Conducting training for internal staff.

Requirements:

1. A valid nursing APC
2. Relevant nursing qualifications (e.g. Diploma or Bachelors in Nursing)
3. Post-basic training is a bonus
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
