Speaker’s Background
Dr Irfan has completed IMU twinning program with the University of Auckland in 2010. He has worked internationally in Pakistan, Australia and the United Kingdom. Being an international trainee, he has great insight into how to navigate and prepare to work in Australia and the UK and raise awareness of the professional registrations.
Interested in the broader determinants of health and enthusiastic to support future health professional, Dr Irfan is currently working with health education east of England (HEOE), engaged in teaching and training Cambridge and Anglia Ruskin Medical/biomedical students of Manchester university (pharmacist clinical training module). Apart from that, he is also currently undertaking a fellowship in the integrated care board designed to support the NHS to deliver the current aims of the health care act from the UK government.
