A passionate advocate for maternal health, she is the author of the award-winning book Postpartum 30: Thirty Days to a Nurtured Fourth Trimester and the founder of Bridges In Health, a company focused on holistic wellness for families.
Her work has positively impacted new mothers, families, and healthcare professionals by providing science-backed, culturally sensitive postpartum care solutions. Through her initiatives, she supports Asian diaspora mothers adjusting to life in Western countries, as well as healthcare providers seeking to bridge the gap between traditional practices and modern medical approaches.

Dr. Kristal’s academic journey began at IMU, where she excelled in the Medicine program before earning an MBBS from a partner school in Australia, along with a degree in Biomedical Sciences (Honors) from IMU.
