With a vision rooted in accessibility, safety, and ethics, Dr. Paul has been instrumental in shaping the development of digital health platforms in Malaysia. As Chief Medical Officer of Doc2Us, he helped spearhead Malaysia’s first legally compliant electronic prescription system.
